Client
Contracts the scope, supplies data and remains the legally obligated producer unless law and a specific appointment say otherwise.
EPR Connect internal specialist
Coordinates the case, structures data and performs human review before filing decisions.
Country Partner
An external firm assigned for local operational work. This is a commercial role, not a statutory appointment.
Authorized Representative
Used only where legally required and specifically appointed. EPR Connect is not the Authorized Representative in every country.
AI-assisted, human-controlled
AI structures, maps and may propose. Specialists confirm. AI does not become a compliance authority.
