Pricing

Pricing built around your countries and service scope

EPR Connect combines a central platform subscription with the country-specific services included in your contract. Registration costs, official fees and local requirements can vary by market.

How pricing is structured

Platform subscription

One central account for markets, packaging data, documents, deadlines, workflow status and audit history.

The client workspace is still being prepared. These items describe the contracted platform, not a live self-service product today.

  • Organisation account
  • User access according to contract
  • Data import and centralisation
  • AI-assisted data structuring
  • Status and deadline visibility
  • Documents and audit trail
  • Coordinated specialist workflow

Country service scope

Operational work is scoped separately for each country included in the contract.

  • Renewals and evidence
  • Local partner coordination

One-time setup

Initial onboarding, data preparation and registrations may involve one-time work before ongoing reporting begins.

External and official costs

Official fees, producer-responsibility organisation fees, local partner costs and statutory representation are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them.

Pricing questions

Is every country included in one subscription?

No. The countries in scope are those defined in the contract. One subscription does not automatically cover every market.

Are official and PRO fees included?

Only if the proposal says so explicitly. Otherwise official fees and producer-responsibility organisation or scheme fees remain separate.

Is registration included?

Registration may be a separate activity or part of certain contracted services. It is not included automatically.

Does the subscription include an Authorized Representative?

Not automatically. An Authorized Representative is used only where it is required, available and appointed explicitly.

Can the price change when markets or volumes change?

Yes. If the contracted scope, complexity or services change, the commercial proposal can change with them.

Can I request a proposal before completing the checker?

Yes. The checker is optional and only provides orientation. You can request a proposal without completing it.
