Data needed for an EPR assessment

Good scoping starts with facts about the legal entity, supply chain, products, destinations and existing registrations—not with a generic deadline list.

Last reviewed: 27 September 2026

Company and role

Provide the legal entity name, establishment country and the role used in each sales model.

  • Brand owner or own-brand seller
  • Manufacturer or contract manufacturer
  • Importer or first placer
  • Distributor, marketplace seller or distance seller

Markets and channels

List destination countries, launch dates and B2C, B2B or mixed channels. Identify local entities and marketplaces involved.

  • Countries with current sales
  • Countries planned next
  • Local warehouses or fulfilment arrangements
  • Existing distributors or importers of record

Products, quantities and evidence

Use one record per product or SKU where practical. Keep source files and explain estimates.

  • Product category and description
  • Units and/or weight by destination and period
  • Packaging components; battery or equipment attributes; textile category
  • Existing registration numbers, scheme contracts and previous reports

What happens next

The application accepts the request. An expert identifies missing information and confirms which countries and services can be offered. No obligation or filing is confirmed by the form alone.
